Conference Overview

The MEP International Conference MENA taking place in October 2026 in Dubai, will spotlight the next era of high-performance, intelligent, and net-zero-ready building systems across the Middle East and Africa. As governments, developers, and operators accelerate the shift toward decarbonized digital, and climate-responsive construction, the role of MEP engineering has become central to achieving efficiency, reliability, and sustainability across the built environment. With multi-billion-dollar developments underway across residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and giga-infrastructure projects in the region, the conference will bring together MEP consultants, contractors, developers, utilities, energy specialists, technology providers, and sustainability champions to collaborate, benchmark solutions, and shape the next generation of MEP system design, delivery, and performance. This is a critical platform for solution providers to position their offerings, connect with project owners and engineering buyers, and establish themselves as strategic partners across high-value regional build programs.

Market Drivers

The UAE’s Net Zero 2050
initiative and strict building codes are driving strong demand for sustainable, energy-efficient MEP systems, especially in HVAC, lighting, and water.
Major Developments
such as the new Disney Land project, Zayed City, Midfield Terminal, and new industrial zones, and urban expansion in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are creating long-term demand for smart and resilient MEP infrastructure
Giga Projects
like NEOM, The Line, and Qiddiya are pushing innovation in modular MEP, district cooling, and high-performance systems to meet sustainability, smart city, and rapid delivery targets.
Cities Across
Egypt, Morocco, and Oman are witnessing population and urban growth, requiring scalable MEP systems in housing, utilities, transport hubs, and public services
With Rising Energy Costs
and water scarcity, MENA countries are mandating MEP systems that support solar integration, greywater reuse, smart metering, and energy recovery and efficiency technologies
